For example, expanding e-mail to provide text to voice conversion; also, implementing universal mailboxes to handle messages of different media including facsimiles, e-mail and voice.  Also, refining a new  business communication solution where small business owners can have access to the benefits of owning a large full-featured voice and data communication system, but without the investment of expensive equipment and its service and up keep costs.

IDeACOM Technologies is always examining ways to enhance the communication process itself, to improve communication during the connection by bringing simultaneous video and data connectivity between the caller and called party to the desktop.
