The Partner Members of IDeACOM create an alliance of telecommunications companies delivering telephony and data sales, installation, maintenance, service, and leasing for our customers. The Membership is comprised of forty-seven (47) independent telecommunications industry companies, located throughout the United States and Canada, who have consolidated their buying power and leveraged their local presence into a National network. IDeACOM Members have an average of twenty-five (25) years experience in the industry. Within the IDeACOM Membership of telecommunication companies, agreements exist which assist Members with a nationwide implementation and support program. These agreements allow Members having a customer that has branch or multi-site locations outside of their local Sales and Service area to gain trained and skilled support for the customer's remote sites from another IDeACOM Partner Member. |
